  Do not move here!!!! I had given a good review because the apartments are ok, good location etc, but I just got a letter saying that I have to pay more than a $1,000 dlls and they took al my deposit away. They charged me for an early termination fee and notice penalty charges when I did give them 60 days notice and moved out of my apartment on time, if you don't transfer or stay there they will take money from you no matter what, they ticked me, they are the worst!!!! I cannot believe they do this.

  This is not at all a safe community to live in 1. There was a gunpoint robbery in the parking lot yesterday (11/22/2017). There are many theft incidents in the recent past. 2. There is not even a single CCTV camera in the community. 3. Not enough lights in the community. Cops has confirmed they asked the management to increase the lighting couple of times still management is not taking any action. 4. Not a gated community. Outside people are trespassing through the community to go to near by shops. 5. Poor maintenance. After submitting the maintenance request they are not taking any action/without doing the job they are saying maintenance is complete. 6. Heaters are not turning-on on time, but turning-off on time. 7. I have taken my lease as-is this year, original lease is 3-4 year old. When I asked the management to change the carpet they are telling i have to stay for 5 years before putting such requests. Carpet looks very old. Most of the furnishings are old. 8. On top of all these management is very rude. They might treat you well when you are moving in, after that forget it.
